Senior Food and Beverage Manager
Job Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers, address their questions regarding menu items and specials.
* Obtain food and drink orders from patrons
* Prepare food and drink orders, such as sandwiches and coffee
* Communicate customer orders to other kitchen staff members
* Serve food and beverages to customers at a counter or in hotel rooms
* Accept payment and provide customers with receipts for transactions.
* Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas, including dining tables or serving counters.
* Restock service stations, cabinets, and tables to ensure they remain well-stocked.
* Set tables or prepare food stations for incoming customers.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail are required for this position.
