Requirements:
* Valid Victorian Security Licence
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Proven experience in security operations
* Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of service
