Job Title:
Irrigation Maintenance Specialist
As an Irrigation Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of our irrigation systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of these critical assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Auditing and checking irrigation systems for faults and deficiencies
* Repairing and replacing damaged components to minimize downtime and maximize system availability
* Completing routine maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure and extend system lifespan
* Undertaking backflow installation, maintenance, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared objectives and maintain a high level of service excellence
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
* Valid Plumber and Drainage Licence in accordance with relevant legislation
* Experience in plumbing activities aligned with AS/NZS 3500.12:1998
* Knowledge of irrigation systems and their operational characteristics, including problem-solving skills
* Current Manual C class driver's licence for travel to job sites
* Construction Industry White Card (QLD)
* First Aid/CCPR/Emergency Life Support Certificate or ability to obtain
* Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) certified under the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (Part 3, 2016) or ability to obtain
