We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher and an Educational Leader to make a difference in our community.

About the Roles
Educational Leader– Inspire and guide our team of educators to deliver best-practice programs and pedagogy.
You'll work collaboratively to develop innovative, reflective, and inclusive learning environments for all children.
Early Childhood Teacher– Deliver high-quality educational programs that nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
You'll work with the Educational Leader and team to design engaging, play-based learning experiences.
These roles are being offered on a permanent full-time basis, located at our Forster centre.
Experience / Criteria
Demonstrated understanding of NQF, EYLF child protection requirements; Proven ability to mentor, support and motivate educators; Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills; Experience leading curriculum and pedagogical practice.
Qualifications
Degree in Early Childhood Teaching as identified by the Australian Children's Education and Care Authority.
Working With Children Check verification number.
Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.
Approved child protection training certificate.
