We have an exciting opportunity for a detailed orientated Operations Administration Officer that will provide a high level of administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Operations department.
About you
Reporting to the Asset and Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of crucial administrative duties, including but not limited to; report collation, preparing agendas, data interpretation and reporting.
We're looking for an adaptable and dynamic professional with:
· Great communication skills, both personal and written, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
· Exceptional organisation and time management skills
· Proven ability to work both in a collaborative team environment and independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft suite and demonstrated ability to learn internal systems.
· Relevant certifications or experience in similar roles.
