What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* A valid driver licence and access to a suitable, insured vehicle.
* A commitment to safe work practices, including the physical requirements of home‐based care.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to respond calmly and respectfully in changing situations.
* Basic digital skills and confidence providing clear written or verbal updates.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience in aged or community care and/or hold a relevant qualification such as Certificate III Individual Support.
Most importantly, you're someone who cares deeply about supporting others—and you live the values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage in everything you do.
