The Role
This isn't your standard Site Supervisor position. We're looking for a highly experienced, ambitious construction professional to oversee a large, one‐off luxury home in Perth's Western Suburbs.
As this is a one‐off project, unlike managing four or five projects at once, this role offers focus and freedom — the opportunity to dedicate your time to a landmark build while still having the flexibility to manage other projects or side ventures. Whilst this project will require a lot of effort and time, think of it as a personal launchpad: a chance to showcase your skills, experiment, and use this build almost like your own display home for future opportunities.

What We're Looking For
* Trade background (MUST)
* Experience delivering custom luxury homes (MUST)
* Strong communication skills
* Existing relationships with trades experienced in high‐end residential builds (MUST)
* Exceptional organisation, planning, and material scheduling abilities
* Ability to manage multiple trades and projects while maintaining timelines
* A passion for delivering premium quality with pride and enthusiasm
* Entrepreneurial mindset, looking for growth and opportunity
