Lead Support Worker Roster = 63.5 hours per fortnight
Week 1 = Wed, Thu/Sat/Sun
Week 2 = Mon, Thu, Fri, Sun
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
* Foster independence and community inclusion
* Create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans
* Maintain accurate documentation and records
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
About You
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to client needs
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in disability support (preferred)
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
* Reliable and team-oriented
