The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Site Scheduler
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for coordinating kitchen installation schedules with our subcontractor network and builder clients across Queensland and New South Wales, based in our office in Stapylton QLD. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping our installation programme running smoothly, ensuring jobs are ready, trades are booked efficiently, and clients are informed every step of the way.
About the Role
Schedule and coordinate kitchen installations with subcontractor trades and site supervisors.
Communicate daily with builders, installers, and internal teams to confirm job readiness and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the scheduling system.
Review project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
Support the Scheduling Supervisor (based in VIC) in delivering smooth operations and achieving key business metrics.
What We're Looking For
Experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations within the trades, construction, or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and relationship skills – you can manage multiple priorities and keep everyone informed.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency with scheduling or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
A team-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both clients and installers.
Project confidence, actively engage with clients (both internally and externally) and contribute to a positive solutions-based environment.
