Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail leader to lead our high-performing team at Geraldton. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving strong operational performance, elevating customer service, and fostering community connections that extend beyond the store.




Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead day-to-day store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage

2. Motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

3. Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals

4. Manage wage budgets in line with company standards

5. Champion team development through training coaching succession planning

6. Create a strong positive store culture focused on results learning wellbeing
