What You'll Be Responsible For
* Lead day‐to‐day facilities operations across a portfolio of IFM Investors retail & commercial assets
* Oversee contractor performance across essential services, technical maintenance and compliance
* Deliver strong tenant relationships and high‐quality service outcomes
* Champion sustainability and asset‐wide optimisation initiatives
* Provide accurate financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, standards and operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in facilities management across retail and/or commercial assets
* Strong understanding of operations, risk, compliance and contractor governance
* Experience leading people or mentoring emerging FM talent
* Strength in stakeholder management and communication
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‐performance environment
* Commercial mindset, proactive attitude and commitment to delivery excellence
* Must be an Australian Citizen and obtain NV1 clearance
