About the Role
At Infinite Care, we provide industry‐leading resident care and services, supporting elderly residents to maintain independence. This Personal Carer Worker (PCW) role is based at xx, working across AM, PM and Night shifts. You will work closely with nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams to perform resident‐centric care duties with compassion and punctuality.
Qualifications

- Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co‐worker, excellent time management (including handovers) and strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Computer savvy including use of email, Word, and in‐house training platforms.
- Excellent workplace safety awareness to protect residents from tripping, falling or hurting themselves – you will be their extra eyes and ears.
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR completed 1st year nursing studies with an aged care placement. Other Cert III related healthcare courses also recognised. Industry work placement required for compliance.
- Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance; or willingness to obtain it.
Pre‐employment Requirements
Successful candidates must complete pre‐employment checks, including an online medical assessment, work rights verification, proof of age (driver's licence or age card; passport is not accepted) and current NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain it.
