 
        
        Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to take ownership of end-to-end fund accounting responsibilities across multiple entities and play a key role in financial operations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Take ownership of end-to-end fund accounting for a portfolio of funds (e.g. private equity, real estate, infrastructure)
 * Oversight and review of NAVs, capital calls/distributions, and fund performance metrics
 * Preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP
 * Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams
 * Assist with fund launches, restructures, and investor onboarding
 * Support waterfall modelling and carried interest calculations
 * Work closely with the investment and operations teams to provide financial insight
 * Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements across finance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
 * 3–6+ years' experience in fund accounting, ideally with exposure to alternative investments (e.g. private equity, real estate, credit, etc.)
 * Previous experience in fund administration, Big 4, or an in-house fund finance role
 * Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of fund structures
 * Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders
 * Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
