THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Corporate Finance leader, you will lead and deliver buy‐side and sell‐side financial due diligence engagements, supporting clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle. You will play a key role in identifying deal risks and value drivers, while managing and developing a high‐performing team:
* Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across M&A, divestments, and corporate transactions
* Analyse financial statements, management accounts, forecasts, and working capital to assess quality of earnings and cash flow
* Identify key risks, issues, and value drivers impacting transaction outcomes
* Prepare detailed financial models and high‐quality reports for clients and investors
* Act as the primary client contact, presenting findings and supporting negotiations
* Manage multiple engagements concurrently, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
* Mentor and manage junior team members, reviewing work and building capability
* Collaborate with tax, valuation, and corporate finance teams to deliver integrated solutions

THE EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline
* CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
* 3-5 years' experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, corporate finance
* Strong financial analysis, modelling, and reporting capability
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‐solving ability
