You will manage a small but growing residential portfolio, with guidance from senior team members and strong systems in place. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership, build relationships, and grow alongside the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage a small growing portfolio, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance coordination
* Responding to tenant enquiries with prompt, professional communication
* Supporting advertising for vacant rentals, coordinating viewings, and helping secure quality tenants
* Attending property inspections and preparing clear, accurate reports
* Assisting with lease preparation, renewals, applications, and reference checks
* Maintaining compliance processes and accurate property files, documents, and system records
* Supporting arrears monitoring, basic rent reviews, and general administrative duties
* Collaborating with a high-performing team to ensure smooth service delivery
