What you will do:

- Engage with children and families to build constructive and respectful relationships, ensuring the welfare of children is paramount
- Manage a complex and diverse caseload, adhering to required standards and employing effective problem-solving skills
- Collaborate closely with multi-agency teams to deliver tailored support and guidance
- Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and make informed recommendations to improve outcomes for children and families
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous development of the service
- Attend court proceedings and provide professional evidence as and when required
