As the Manager, Recruitment and Talent, you will lead the delivery of high-quality recruitment and talent acquisition services across Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS). You will ensure compliance with legislation, directives, and policies governing recruitment, while driving best-practice approaches that strengthen CHHHS's workforce capability.

About you:
* You will successfully lead the development and delivery of recruitment, attraction, and talent acquisition strategies that align with the organisation's workforce plans, values, and strategic objectives.
* You can drive innovation by implementing best practice and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
* You will design and deliver a comprehensive suite of support materials including capability programs for hiring managers and panel members to ensure compliant, fair, and effective selection processes.
* You support governance, compliance, and reporting processes, contributing to transparent performance measurement and continuous improvement.
* You will contribute to the broader People and Culture priorities, supporting the Director and Executive Director to embed innovation, cultural transformation, and workforce sustainability across CHHHS.
