Clinical Lead Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned mental health professional to provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Esperance centre. The successful candidate will ensure the clinical integrity and alignment of services while providing day-to-day support and supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
This is a key position responsible for driving quality service delivery in a regional context. We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of youth mental health, a commitment to clinical governance, and the ability to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services to young people.
* Develop and implement clinical governance frameworks to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to young people with moderate to severe mental health concerns.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff members.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification and registration as a mental health clinician (e.g., Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse).
* Relevant professional body registration (AHPRA, AASW) and mental health-specific training or endorsement.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
* Strong understanding of mental health and social emotional wellbeing care for First Nations young people.
