Residential Community Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead Student Living's response to reported incidents or community concerns.
* Employ high-level problem-solving skills to understand cases and provide recommended follow-up actions.
* Manage team members effectively to ensure successful practice in supporting our community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong stakeholder engagement, case management and crisis management skills.
* Experience in behavioural management, community support and working within legislative and policy frameworks.
* Familiarity with restorative practices highly valued.
* Possession of passion for fostering student safety, growth and learning.
