ASC is Australia's submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy's Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats' service lives. We have also been selected by the Australian Government to sustain and jointly build the nation's nuclear‐powered submarines – the largest and most complex industrial undertaking in Australia's history.
About the Opportunity
ASC is undergoing a significant transformation of its systems, platforms, policies, processes and culture as it transitions to a multi‐program organisation. This position is integral to the effective delivery of the transformation programmes, ensuring that all programme stakeholders and the wider ASC workforce are kept informed and engaged during programme scoping and delivery, as part of our Change Management Strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement and working closely with the Change Principal Transformation, this leadership position conceives, plans, delivers and measures internal communication content production, projects and initiatives for the Transformation Office and its portfolio of transformation programmes and projects. This will include the Workforce Transformation Programme and the Finance Transformation Programme.
This position will be 'embedded' within the Transformation Office for day‐to‐day activity, but will remain a member of ASC's Internal Communications and Engagement (ICE) Team.
