About this role
As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and sales across Australia and Oceania.
You will work closely with our global and local teams to identify new business opportunities and high-growth sectors in the process industries.
Main responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to foster strong relationships with customers.
* Pursue business opportunities through direct and digital interactions aligned with sustainability, digital innovation, and energy transition initiatives.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract negotiations and sales cycle management.
* Conduct market analysis and customer needs assessments to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
* Monitor performance metrics, contribute to continuous improvement, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent experience).
* Industry-related experience, including complex tenders and contract negotiation.
* Background in quality assurance/management and knowledge of quality standards systems.
* Proven stakeholder management skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
* Able to travel regularly for customer visits and meetings.
