Randstad is seeking a Specialist Care Team Leader to join a leading telecommunications organisation in Macquarie Park. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer care experts supporting vulnerable customers and managing complex enquiries.




Key Responsibilities:



* Lead and inspire the team to deliver consistently high customer outcomes.

* Coach and develop team members through one-on-one meetings, coaching, and feedback.

* Monitor performance dashboards, identify trends, drive improvement initiatives.

* Oversight of daily operations to maintain quality, compliance, service standards.

* Support management of complex or high-risk customer interactions.



Your Opportunities:



The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience in customer care or contact centre environments. A genuine passion for helping others making a positive impact on people's lives is essential.
