Job Overview

The Inventory Management Lead plays a crucial role in fostering team collaboration, mentoring, and technical development of the materials management team. The successful candidate will ensure the completion and maintenance of procedure documents for team members, analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and supervise project team members to guarantee timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

* Meticulously document and regularly update project management procedures, providing a clear and comprehensive guide for team members.
* Analyze data to uncover significant trends and actionable insights, and present these findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
* Lead the rollout of new software systems, ensuring smooth integration and adoption by the team, and provide training and support to maximize the benefits of these technological advancements.
* Actively assist and motivate team members to reach their project goals, offering guidance, resources, and encouragement to overcome challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks.

For this role, you will require: Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP); Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing SAP ERP systems for effective inventory management and data analysis; Experience with IBM's Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization tools or comparable inventory optimization applications; Broad business knowledge with the ability to recognize issues and capitalize on opportunities.


Skills and Qualifications
