The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop your team to deliver strong sales performance
* Drive conversion through coaching, product knowledge and customer engagement
* Manage roster, wage control and productivity
* Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
* Build a positive, accountable store culture
You won’t just manage — you’ll lead from the front.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager or high-performing Assistant ready to step up)
* Strong commercial acumen — you understand sales, margin and wages
* Confidence in coaching teams and holding performance conversations
* High energy, hands‑on leadership style
* Ability to work weekends and peak trade periods
Experience in big box, furniture, hardware, outdoor, appliances or specialty retail will be highly regarded.
