About The Role
At Carinity – Kepnock Grove, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of fortnightly staff rosters in rostering software, as well as providing support in smooth operation of the reception area, assisting residents, families and other staff.
This position also liaises with staff regarding rostering, availability, and the use of Carinity’s HRIS ESS, while providing management with timely information on absenteeism, agency usage, and overtime trends. You will offer administrative support to the Customer Service Coordinator and the Residential Manager as required, and maintain accurate records and data entry to support reporting needs. This is a part-time role requiring availability Monday to Friday (60 hours per fortnight).
