About The Role
Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing is at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do. We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
* Deliver care following the client\'s care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
* Conduct Nursing Assessments
Skills & Experience
* Community nursing would be an advantage
* Subacute and disability experience
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations
* Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
* Diabetes management
* Dementia experience would be an advantage
* Leadership experience is an advantage

* AHPRA Registration
* Registered or Enrolled Nurse
* CPR and First Aid Certification
* Car and Valid Drivers Licence
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
