Job Description REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY SUPPORTAssist the Hotel Management and the Executive Director of Revenue Management in executing the hotel strategy, focusing on business mix and pricing by season and day type for upcoming periods.REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCEAnalyze hotel results and performance metrics such as average rates, occupancy rates, and RevPAR. Monitor market and competitor performance, including RevPAR Index and market penetration.Collaborate closely with the Sales team to analyze sales activities, including account production, lead generation, and conversion, to support sales performance improvements.REVENUE FORECASTINGSupport regular forecast reporting and data uploads for future dates, based on RM system recommendations and daily monitoring of data such as portfolio, booking pick-up, and events.PRICING, PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION OPTIMIZATIONImplement daily optimization actions based on direct reports' decisions regarding pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), and distribution channels. Ensure system updates (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are executed accordingly.REVPRO CULTUREPromote a "RevPRO culture" within the hotel through weekly yield meetings, regular coaching, and training sessions for the hotel teams.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIESAdhere to standard operating procedures for all revenue management functions.Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in revenue management.Knowledge of IDEAS, OPERA, or OPERA CLOUD, and other revenue management systems.Knowledge of Accor CRS TARS is a plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.Results-oriented with analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.Understanding of external and internal environments.Effective team collaboration and communication skills.Customer and commercial focus.Supportive and developmental mindset for team growth.Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse cultures.Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to change.Self-motivated and energetic.
