We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and develop our high-performing team in rural broadacre sales.
About the Role:
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, particularly in agricultural and rural property sales.
* Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise.
* Manage online listings to ensure pricing, descriptions, and statuses are accurate and timely.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities, especially in the broadacre farming and agribusiness markets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally with a background in rural property or team leadership.
* Strong understanding of local market trends and relevant legislation.
* Holds a Real Estate License and a current Driver's Licence (Auctioneer's License desirable).
* Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
