Position: Revenue Collection and Recovery Team Leader
Salary: Stream A, Level 6 salary from $103,194.83 per annum + Superannuation
Location: 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central
Duration: Permanent Full Time
Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can shape strategies, mentor a dedicated team, and make a real impact? We're looking for an experienced leader in revenue collection and recovery to guide and develop our team of collection and recovery officers, ensuring overdue accounts are minimised through effective strategies and streamlined processes. In this role you'll:
* Coach and support your team to drive continuous improvement
* Set clear objectives and monitor performance to achieve key targets
* Develop innovative debt collection strategies to optimise recovery rates
Key Qualifications & Required Skills:
* Relevant qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
* Strong experience in revenue collection and recovery

* Expertise in continuous improvement and change management
