The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Officer to join their team.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate scheduling, allocation and dispatching of patient transport requests to clinically appropriate transport providers. This includes regular liaison and communication with transport providers around their capacity and capability.
The role manages dynamic complexities associated with matching patient transport demand against available resources to augment flow across the health system. This ensures patients are transported to definitive care environments in a timely manner.
