Analytics Consultant – Full Time Permanent – Melbourne or Adelaide
About Notitia
Notitia is looking for an Analytics Consultant who is early in their career with practical experience. We are a young consultancy with a founder-led origin, a team of about a dozen, and over 100 clients across Australia. We have offices in Melbourne and Adelaide and collaborate with leading data and analytics platforms to develop data-driven solutions that improve client decision making and outcomes.
Our team supports you to troubleshoot, debug, and brainstorm. Your day-to-day will involve independent work on projects, with check-ins as required. You'll work closely with a team that is hands-on and focused on delivering effective technical solutions. We value independent work and purposeful meetings only when they add value.

We offer flexible working. You'll be in the office on Monday to start the week and on Wednesday for our weekly lunch. We participate in an annual offsite in June/July and shut down at Christmas, with annual leave provided during that period. We offer annual Wellness Day public holidays with spa and restaurant vouchers, additional leave to reflect tenure, up to six months of paid parental leave, and visa sponsorship for those who need it.
Your Skillset
You'll have some exposure to programming/coding and be keen to grow your knowledge and technical skills. You're likely from a quantitative background and can translate requirements into data, and data into insights and business value. As a consulting company, you'll respond to client needs and adapt to the limitations of their systems; you'll learn on the job and code in areas you're new to.
Our Analytics team will walk you through our current development workflow. You don't need to have experience with our exact technology stack, but you should be willing to get up to speed on the job to maintain a consistent company approach.
You'll work alongside a Design team for UX and aesthetics and a Development team for customisations and cloud integration.
