GTNT Group are now recruiting for a Receptionist/ Admin Officer to work with Colemans.

This fantastic opportunity is offering a Certificate III in Business BSB30120 with paid employment

To be successful in this role, Essential Criteria you will have/be:

1. Willingness to work effectively as a part of a busy team, be well presented and demonstrate enthusiasm for the job

2. An excellent telephone manner, with good verbal and written communication skills

3. Ability to prioritise work tasks, seek guidance when required, but work with minimal supervision

4. An awareness of good customer service, and an ability to deliver it

5. Good computer literacy skills

6. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

7. Punctuality and Reliability

Preferred Criteria would like to have:

1. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs

2. Ability to demonstrate initiative

3. A knowledge or understanding of the printing industry and the associated processes

4. Current NT Drivers Licence or willingness to obtain 5. Previous reception experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities

For the Job:

1. Daily tasks associated with customer service; as directed by supervisor/s and including but not limited to the following:

a. Responsibility for being the first contact point for handling all client queries (walk-in, phone, email or website) and directing to the appropriate consultant

b. Providing receptionist duties, particularly customer service-related including phone, EFTPOS and associated daily reconciliation, stamp orders etc

c. Manage courier services and incoming documents/ packages, including distribution to the relevant Department

d. Responsibility for the upkeep of all work dockets, including filing, retrieval of dockets on request and adherence to all related procedures.

e. Processing of job bags into Customer Invoices and associated accounts duties.

f. Adherence to the relevant customer service procedures as outlined in the associated Manual

1. Maintain print IQ customer records daily

2. Responsible for all stamp orders, including liaison with customers, proofs, quotes, payment, shipping and record keeping

3. Provision of administrative support in the front office area, including but not limited to assistance to senior staff and management, filing, keeping work and kitchen areas neat and tidy, purchasing requirements (e.g. groceries, stationery) as required

4. Responsibility for sending out statements and invoices on a regular basis

5. Enhance Colemans Darwin's professional image and reputation in the general marketplace and community

6. Undertake other duties as directed by senior staff

Qualification Description:

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. It is likely that these individuals are establishing their own work performance. Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills. They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Nominal Duration:

This qualification has a set nominal duration of 12 months.
