Senior Client Service Officer / Senior Administrator
Location: Newcastle NSW – Office-based
Employment: Full-Time (full or part time or flexible options available)
Salary: A$85,******/yr – A$90,******/yr
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys ownership and accountability. You will be the go-to person for applications, follow-ups, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of advice implementation and applications
Liaising with platforms, providers and internal stakeholders
Coordinating client documentation, reviews and ongoing service requirements
Managing workflows, follow-ups and deadlines
Supporting advisers with high-touch, relationship-focused client service
Meeting clients in the office and being part of meetings, end to end communication with clients
About You
5+ years' experience in a financial planning admin / CSO role
Strong knowledge of advice processes and application handling
Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in an office-based, collaborative environment
Experience with Midwinter and/or Worksorted highly regarded
