Job Description
We are currently seeking a Part Time Reservations Agent to join our team.
The role involves efficiently managing and converting reservations to meet hotel targets.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Guest Service & Communication – Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, manage calls, reservations, and amendments accurately, and handle complaints professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
2. Reservation Management & Reporting – Process, monitor, and record all reservations, "no-shows," and credit approvals while preparing occupancy and sales reports to support the Reservations and Revenue teams.
3. Sales & Product Knowledge – Maintain strong knowledge of hotel offerings, upsell rooms and packages, manage restaurant and room service bookings, and promote special rates or promotions to maximize revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A professional appearance is essential for this role.
We require excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills with strong time management and attention to detail.
At least two years of relevant hotel or reservations experience is necessary.
You will need a genuine ability to engage positively with guests, colleagues, and third parties, reflecting the values of our hotel, brand, and company.
