Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Power Systems Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a Senior member, you will play a key role in delivering advanced solutions for various clients across the renewable energy sector.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead clients and resolve project challenges, develop requirements, review submissions, and coordinate with experts.
* Manage time, quality, and finances on projects to meet deadlines and success criteria.
* Review designs for generator interconnections in onshore and offshore environments, requiring knowledge of engineering principles and electrical system studies.
* Implement QA/QC procedures and understand codes and standards related to power systems.
* Build client relationships and convey technical knowledge through effective communication.
* Assist with performance management and mentoring.
* Lead business development and proposals in the Power Systems area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* An Electrical engineering degree (B.Eng., BS or MS), Chartered Professional Engineering preferred.
* Expert knowledge of Australian electrical systems and components.
* A desire to contribute to the green energy transition.
* 15+ years of experience in relevant roles, including 5+ years in large scale renewables design or project development.
* Significant project experience, preferably in similar roles.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with employees and clients.
* Advanced knowledge of project development stages, including siting, feasibility, conceptual design, FEED, procurement, and EPC delivery.
