Job: - Senior SAP Developer (Baseline Required)Duration: - 12 Months (Possible Extension: 24 Months) Location: - Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra & Brisbane Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Developer for a long-term contract with one of our Federal Government Clients with strong experience in SAP system integration, ABAP development and SAP CRM.Required SkillsStrong SAP ABAP development (enhancements, reports, interfaces – IDocs, BAPIs, APIs)Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP CRMSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment)Proven experience in SAP system integration with external systems (APIs, middleware such as CPI/PI/PO)Hands-on experience with release and deployment processes (transports, environment management)Strong knowledge of software configuration and environment setupExperience in integration build, testing, and environment configurationAbility to design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plansStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (including production support)Experience applying development standards, tools, and best practicesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and maintain SAP modulesDesign, code, test, and implement SAP enhancements, reports, and interfaces.Support integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.Identify, investigate and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business technical advice and mentoring to junior developers.Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.Prepare and maintain technical Status and Security ClearanceCandidates must be an Australian Citizen for this job. Candidates must be able to obtain NV1 Clearance.Working Arrangements (Hybrid)Adelaide preferred will consider Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane. Other locations will not be accepted. Work from the RFQ location on a full-time basis for the first 6 weeks. A hybrid WFH arrangement, usually a minimum of 3 days/week onsite, will be considered from the Start Date: Wednesday, 01 July 2026Experience level: Senior - APS6 equivalentExtension term details: Up to a maximum of 24 Months
