Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Electrical Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and testing electrical equipment in hazardous areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team of engineers and supervisors to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and safely. You will also be responsible for documenting your findings and providing recommendations for corrective action.

About the Role:
* Conduct detailed visual, close, and detailed inspections of electrical equipment in hazardous areas as per inspection schedules and relevant standards.
* Perform testing, tagging, and verification of EEHA installations, ensuring correct selection, installation, and integrity of equipment.
* Document inspection findings in the EEHA database, including photographic evidence and recommendations for corrective action.
* Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and planners to ensure rectification work is completed within compliance timeframes.
About You:
* A Grade unrestricted WA Electrical Licence – Requirement.
* Certificate in EEHA – Requirement.
* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience working in a hazardous area electrical mining, oil & gas or industrial environment– Requirement.
