At DMK Engineering, we are seeking a capable Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality engineering projects at our Mount Gambier facility. This is your opportunity to take real ownership of projects, work closely with clients and teams and make a real impact from start to finish.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒThis is not just a desk-based position โ you will be actively involved in the day-to-day execution of projects, working with clients, suppliers and our workshop and site teams to ensure every project is completed safely, on time and to the highest standard.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐โข Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, including planning, fabrication, site works and handover.โข Develop and manage projects plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.โข Oversee workshop fabrication and site installation, monitoring labour hours and performance to keep projects on track.โข Manage procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery to meet deadlines and budget requirements.โข Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.โข Maintain strong client relationships and ensure solutions exceed expectations.โข Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental and quality standards.
๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐โข Proven experience managing engineering projects end-to-end in workshop and site environments.โข Strong background in structural steel and practical engineering applications.โข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.โข Highly organised, solutions-focused and able to manage competing deadlines and budgets.
