About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level executive and administrative support to our CEO, ensuring their time, communication, and priorities are managed effectively in alignment with CatholicCare's mission and values.
As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will act as a central coordination point and key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This role is integral to the delivery of CatholicCare's strategic plan, governance activities, and executive decision-making processes.
What you'll do:
* Manage the CEO's complex calendar, appointments, and travel.
* Prepare agendas, minutes, briefing materials, and high-quality correspondence.
* Coordinate CatholicCare's management of subpoenas with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Lead the planning and delivery of key events, including leadership forums and Board engagements.
* Support effective communication on behalf of the CEO and follow up on action items.
* Ensure the smooth preparation and distribution of Executive and Board documentation.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior executive support or similar role.
Current C class Driver's Licence (QLD).
Desirable:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting high-level correspondence and Board documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
Experienced in coordinating and managing subpoena processes with accuracy and legal compliance.
Proven ability to plan and deliver strategic and high-profile events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and governance platforms such as BoardPro.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
