Technical Support Specialist - Executive IT
This role involves providing high-level technical support to executives and their teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in resolving issues, and have a strong understanding of current technologies.
The responsibilities include designing and deploying advanced technical solutions, working with the corporate IT teams to ensure enterprise solutions meet executive needs, analyzing data sets to identify trends and patterns, and providing 24x7 on-call support in an on-call rotation.
To succeed in this position, you will need experience in enterprise and/or executive IT support, as well as proficiency in Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android operating systems. Strong general computer technology skills and knowledge of wired and wireless network technologies are also essential.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is preferred, as is experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, ActiveSync, Microsoft SharePoint Server, and Office365. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and senior management.
