About the Company

The Role
This is a relationship-focused sales role where you will manage and grow a defined territory, selling primarily to General Dentists and their teams. You will drive sales, provide product education and in-practice support, and position yourself as a trusted partner to your customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow your territory of orthodontic clients
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support
Build strong, long-term relationships with orthodontists and clinical teams
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide market feedback and insights to support business growth
About You
Proven sales experience (dental/medical sales highly regarded) OR
Clinical orthodontic experience with a strong interest in moving into sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven and results-focused
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
Comfortable working autonomously within your territory
