We are currently seeking a passionate Wholesale Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service to our existing clientele via different platforms like our showroom, phone, texts and email. This is an opportunity to immersed in the fashion industry, work closely with a high performing team and utilise different skills in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
The position is available for full time only at our Collingwood showroom office, located in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, with convenient transport options nearby and a parking spot available.

* Competitive annual base salary of $70k-80k plus Superannuation (based on experience)

About the role
* Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of wholesale clients across boutiques and online retailers
* Drive sales performance through showroom walk-ins, phone, SMS and email communication
* Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer profile, store direction and current trends
* Maintain strong product knowledge across all weekly new arrivals and core styles
* Proactively follow up with clients to maximise order volume and repeat business
* Process orders, generate invoices and manage end-to-end customer communication
* Monitor stock levels, identify bestsellers and provide feedback to the buying and design teams
* Maintain showroom presentation, including merchandising and visual displays
* Achieve weekly targets and KPIs

You are required to have at least 2 year of customer service/sales or account management experience.
