Occupational Therapist Leadership Role
This leadership position focuses on delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to diverse clients. The ideal candidate will manage a clinical caseload, provide supervision and mentorship, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention, and therapy across the lifespan.
* Support clients in areas such as capacity building, functional assessments, home and living supports, assistive technology, and home modifications.
* Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to early-career OTs.
* Contribute to a collaborative team culture through case discussions and shared learning.
Requirements:
* Right to work in Australia.
* Experience as an occupational therapist.
* Current Occupational First Aid accreditation.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Working With Children (WWC) Check.
* Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.
