The Position
:
- Casual, Part time and Full time positions available
- Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events
- Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S; and HACCP regulations, and maintain a solid focus on waste reduction
- Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
The Person:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Licence and transport to access site, no public transport
- Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
- Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
