Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience (min. 4 years) as a senior consultant implementing, supporting or client working with payroll solutions.
* Experience in interpreting, formalizing, and communicating requirements in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
* Specialist knowledge in Dayforce payroll or equivalent technology.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
* Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
