Property Officer
Full-time permanent position
Wentworth Shire Council is seeking applications from suitably qualified/experienced persons for the position of Property Officer. The successful applicant will assist with property services functions for Council by effectively and strategically managing Council’s property portfolio of community, operational, road and crown land via commercial/retail and community lease and license agreements, assessment of property and the disposal and acquisition of property and assets.

The position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probation period has a commencing salary of $78,785.20 plus 11% superannuation. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a fit for work assessment along with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
