Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well‐respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Administration Team Leader to join the team at our recently opened clinic in Clyde.
You will join a friendly and professional team and be instrumental in cultivating a positive team culture and ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic, which enables us to deliver a high‐quality service to our patients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and overall clinic workflow.
* Manage billing, banking, and Medicare related activities.
* Provide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team members.
* Convey business updates from management and oversee correct application of changes.
* Plan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management by ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planning.
* Utilise leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries.
* Identify opportunities to continuously improve and achieve maximum efficiencies to deliver patient excellence.
To Thrive In This Role, You Will Have
* Previous experience within a private Radiology setting.
* Knowledge of the patient workflow and supporting administration processes, policies, and Medicare billing.
* The ability to lead by example, with demonstrated experience in motivating and mentoring a team.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Sound problem‐solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve difficult situations to achieve good outcomes.
* A keen eye for details and passion for process‐driven continuous improvement.
