Pricing Analyst
Optimise revenue growth and profitability by managing pricing strategies that align with commercial objectives.
* Develop and implement pricing plans in line with business targets, product categories, and marketing initiatives.
* Review and execute pricing strategies to improve margins, revenue, and cost efficiency.
* Collaborate with Sales Managers to manage contract price adjustments, ensure accurate financial forecasts, and maintain key account profitability.
* Conduct market research, identify key risks, and implement management strategies across product portfolios.
The Successful Applicant
* Tertiary qualification in Finance or Commerce preferred for a strong understanding of financial markets and business operations.
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a commercial or pricing analyst, preferably within the resources sector or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and market trends.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP (financial/procurement modules) for efficient data management and reporting.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
