What do we Need?
We are seeking the expertise of a Christmas casual In Store Merchandiser to service our accounts in Melbourne's western suburbs.
Please note: This position is a Christmas casual and work may be offered to you on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (excluding public holidays). Hours will vary from approx hours per week. This Christmas casual role will end on 31 December 2025.
You are entitled to accept or reject any shifts offered due to the casual nature of employment.
What will be your Skill set?
Principal Responsibilities:
* Work independently where required
* To merchandise and service customers to the standard set by Simson Greeting Cards in a timely manner
* Able to follow a planogram to display product
* Through merchandising effectively- increase the sales potential of a customer
* To provide merchandising, stock control and promotional activities
* To communicate effectively with all relevant members of Head Office
* Ensure stock control levels are maintained for seasonal/promotional events and general sales
* Develop and sustain a high level of Product Knowledge
