We combine technology, data and professional buyer's expertise into a flat-fee service that works anywhere in Australia. We build our own tools, automate the time-intensive parts, and deliver a transformational homebuying experience with 1,100+ clients helped since 2023, and a 25-day median time from sign-up to keys. The role
Work in our customer-facing team. You'll take warm, qualified calls with people who are actively looking to buy a property: first home buyers figuring it out, couples relocating interstate, investors building a portfolio. Your job is to understand what they need, explain how Peach works, and help them decide if it's right for them.
Calls are booked for you. You're not prospecting or cold calling. You're having real conversations with people who already want help, and getting the contracts signed and the payment taken when it's a good fit.
Day to day, you'll:
* Host 5-6 consultations a day with warm, booked leads
* Understand each person's situation: goals, budget, timeline, concerns
* Explain the Peach service clearly and honestly
* Produce a brief that our buyer's agents use to nail the property search
* Manage the contract process end-to-end
* Manage your pipeline of homebuyers who needed more time
This is a high-ticket, high-volume, consultative sales role. You'll be busy and the pace is fast. If you're someone who thrives on rhythm and gets energy from talking to people all day, you'll love it. If you need a lot of quiet time, it's probably not for you.
Who this is for
You don't need to come from property. Some of our best people came from SaaS, marketing, finance, or hospitality. What matters:
* You've sold something before and you were really good at it
* You can hold a conversation with anyone and make them feel heard
* You hit your numbers, consistently, and want to grow quickly in your career
* You're organised enough to manage a full pipeline without things falling through
* You want to be somewhere early enough to grow with the company, not just fill a seat
* Tertiary education, or a track record that proves it wasn't needed
* Bonus if you know property, but we'd rather have someone sharp who learns fast than someone experienced who coasts
Compensation
